Kelli Cresswell

Billing Assistant

Kelli brings a unique blend of creativity, compassion, and efficiency to her role as a Billing Assistant. Born and raised in the vibrant city of New Orleans, Kelli’s journey into the world of finance began shortly after graduating from Riverdale High School. While her peers were still figuring out their next steps, Kelli dove headfirst into the world of accounting, a decision she has never regretted.

Despite her early success in accounting, Kelli took a hiatus to embrace another important role in her life—motherhood. During this time, she not only nurtured her growing family but also honed her artistic talents. Her photography caught the eye of none other than the Archbishop of New Orleans, who was so impressed that he personally purchased one of her pieces.

Kelli’s knack for the unexpected extends beyond her artistic endeavors. Known for her adventurous spirit, she once tracked down a hidden statue, “The Weeping Angel,” in a New Orleans cemetery, capturing its essence in a photograph despite the odds being stacked against her.

Beyond her professional achievements, Kelli is deeply involved in her community, spending quality time with the elderly and lending a compassionate ear to their stories. Her altruistic nature is matched only by her love for bartending, photography, and her ever-optimistic attempts at gardening—though her thumb might be more brown than green.

In her downtime, Kelli unwinds with her faithful companion, Berdee, enjoying leisurely walks and contemplating the mysteries of life. When she’s not indulging in outdoor adventures, you can find her binge-watching classics like “Friends” or cheering on her beloved St. Louis Cardinals.

Around the office, Kelli is known as the resident mood-lifter, with a talent for injecting humor into even the most serious of situations. Her infectious laughter and genuine warmth make her a joy to work with, leaving a lasting impression on colleagues and clients alike.
