Graduating as the valedictorian of her high school class and achieving Summa Cum Laude status at Northern Arizona University, where she completed her Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice Studies and Criminology, Hailie’s academic achievements speak for themselves. But her journey doesn’t stop there—she double minored in Psychology and Law, Courts, and Justice, showcasing her diverse interests and commitment to a well-rounded education.

Her professional experiences have taken her to the intriguing realm of Order of Protection days during her tenure as a Judicial Assistant for family law. The stories she encountered while petitioning for Orders of Protection became the highlight of her career, adding a layer of complexity and depth to her legal knowledge.

Beyond the courtroom, Hailie is deeply involved in her community. Volunteering with organizations like Feed My Starving Children and 1Mission, she extends her legal acumen to make a positive impact on those in need. In the sports arena, she trades her legal pad for a baseball glove, umpiring Youth Baseball and Softball Leagues for both The City of Buckeye and The Little League Association.

Outside of her legal pursuits, Hailie’s interests are as diverse as her legal skills. With a love for movies and a penchant for challenging herself in Escape Rooms, she’s successfully navigated through 45 of them—talk about problem-solving skills! Golfing, karaoke, and team roping also make the cut as her favorite pastimes, but nothing beats spending quality time with her family and beloved pup.

In the realm of favorites, Hailie has a keen eye for cinematic masterpieces, with “Pure Country” holding a special place in her heart. When it comes to TV shows, she’s all about the legal drama, citing “Law and Order: SVU” as a favorite. As a proud supporter of her home state, the Arizona Diamondbacks claim the title of her favorite sports team. And for a delightful meal, you’ll find her at the Cheesecake Factory.
