Amanda Pagley

Operations Manager

Amanda’s academic credentials are enough to make most anyone a bit envious. She holds a Master’s degree in Sociology and Criminology from Northern Illinois University, earned after graduating summa cum laude from Illinois State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice and an Associate’s degree in Criminal Justice from Elgin Community College.

Before coming to Arizona Law Group, Amanda worked at Adobe Mountain School Correctional Facility with youth struggling with substance abuse. Building trust with the girls wasn’t always easy, but when it happened, it was genuinely rewarding. That experience shaped the empathy and people-first approach she brings to her work every day.

As Operations Manager, Amanda is the driving force behind how Arizona Law Group runs and evolves. She oversees intake, billing, automation systems, and internal technology, and has led the firm’s rollout of AI tools across the team. If there’s a smarter, faster, better way to do something, Amanda is already three steps into figuring it out.

Outside of work, Amanda is a self-professed crazy dog mom to her two dogs, Addie and Bentley, who are, by her own account, her everything. She loves spending time with her niece, hiking with her husband, and tackling DIY projects around the house. Her personal policy is simple: if she thinks she can figure it out, she’s going to learn how. She and her husband are also in a pool league together, which is either very fun or very competitive, probably both. She became a Bears fan because her husband is a die-hard, and at this point she’s fully committed. She also helps her mom run the social media for a small Etsy shop selling handmade wreaths, which is equal parts creative outlet and quality mother-daughter time.

Around the office, Amanda is the go-getter people depend on. When she’s given a task, she does whatever it takes to get it done, including learning new skills from scratch and turning around to teach them to others.
