Stephanie Weaver

Stephanie brings a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and genuine compassion to her role as a paralegal with Arizona Law Group. A proud fifth-generation Arizonan, Stephanie comes from a family with deep roots in the state, originally settling here as farmers. That strong sense of community and resilience carries through in both her personal life and professional approach.

Stephanie is part of a blended family with six children and is deeply involved in her kids’ school activities, volunteering whenever opportunities arise. Her family-oriented mindset gives her a natural ability to relate to clients who may be navigating challenging transitions, and she takes pride in helping them understand the legal process with patience and clarity.

Outside of work, Stephanie is always on the move. Her favorite pastime is jet skiing, something she and her family enjoy year-round, even on Christmas Day. When they’re not out on the water, you can usually find them riding through the desert in their side-by-side or quads, camping, and exploring the beautiful Coconino National Forest.

Stephanie also has a creative side. She enjoys baking and crafting, with a special passion for making custom tumblers—a hobby that started as a fun way to give her kids unique tumblers for school and grew into something she truly loves.

Around the office, Stephanie is known for her optimism and willingness to help wherever needed. Clients appreciate her ability to combine her personal experiences with her professional knowledge, allowing her to connect on a meaningful level and guide them through difficult times with understanding and care.
