Rachal Ford
Family Law Paralegal
Rachal brings a unique blend of creativity, empathy, and meticulous attention to detail to her role as a Family Law Paralegal at Arizona Law Group. With a background in journalism from Louisiana Tech University and a passion for the law sparked by a class at Grambling State University, Rachal has been honing her legal skills while drawing on her diverse experiences.
Before entering the legal world, Rachal was a modeling and acting instructor at the Barbizon School of Modeling, where she helped teenagers build confidence and stage presence. She’s also a fast reader—perfect for reviewing complex legal documents—and has an uncanny talent for reciting tongue twisters with ease. Outside of work, Rachal enjoys reading and writing psychological thrillers, with plans to publish her debut novel by 2025.
A mother of five, Rachal thrives on juggling the demands of family life with her professional career. She loves traveling with her family, singing country music, and indulging in seafood—especially crab legs and sushi. Her fascination with the paranormal adds an extra layer of intrigue to her personality, and her office might just be the place for a good ghost story.
Rachal’s colleagues appreciate her for her quiet determination, strong work ethic, and cheerful demeanor. But it’s her deep empathy and ability to counsel clients in stressful situations that truly make her stand out. Whether navigating a tough case or simply being a supportive ear, Rachal is dedicated to making a difference in the lives of the families she serves.
