Noel Mollenhauer

Noel brings drive, versatility, and a whole lot of life experience to her role as a Paralegal with Arizona Law Group. Noel’s path to the legal field is not the traditional one, and that’s exactly what makes her stand out. She launched her career in the beauty industry at just 17 years old and spent years building something real there. Then at 38, she made a deliberate pivot, starting over as a legal secretary and working her way up to paralegal.

That kind of reinvention takes grit, and Noel has it in abundance. Across her legal career she has built experience in civil, probate, criminal, family law, estate planning, and personal injury, making her one of the more well-rounded paralegals you’ll find. Clients benefit from someone who has seen a wide range of matters and knows how to bring organized, dependable support to whatever lands on her desk.

Around the office, Noel is known as a go-getter who takes initiative and gets things done without being asked twice. She is the kind of person a team counts on, and she shows up for it every time.

Outside of work, Noel is deeply involved in her community and her kids’ lives. She volunteers at local runs and marathons, serves as a parent spotter for her daughter’s cheerleading team, and is actively engaged in her children’s school programs. When she does get a moment to herself, she’s reading, watching a good show, or out for a walk with a caramel macchiato in hand. She loves football, Italian food in all forms, and a nice glass of red wine at the end of the day. Some of her favorite trips have taken her to Hawaii, Washington D.C., and Disneyland with her family, and she is clearly someone who knows how to enjoy the full picture of life.
