Mishell is a natural at making people feel understood and supported, which is why he thrives in his role as Client Coordinator. Fluent in Spanish and English (and gearing up to tackle French next year), Mishell bridges communication gaps with ease while offering a calm, reassuring presence to clients navigating stressful situations.

Before stepping into the legal world, Mishell worked as a sous chef—and not just any sous chef. In 2020, the restaurant he helped lead earned a Michelin star, a testament to his precision, work ethic, and ability to thrive under pressure. Today, that same drive fuels his work with clients, ensuring their needs are met with empathy and attention to detail.

Community-minded and service-oriented, Mishell prepares 50 to 100 meals each month for families waiting outside of hospitals, offering nourishment and care to people going through some of life’s hardest moments. His compassion isn’t just a personality trait—it’s a way of life.

Currently studying to become a data analyst, Mishell blends analytical thinking with genuine emotional intelligence. His colleagues describe him as funny, smart, dedicated, and passionate. Clients quickly recognize his gift for listening, and more importantly, his ability to truly care.

Outside of work, Mishell is all about balance: he works out daily, eats clean, reads often, and makes it a priority to spend quality time with his family. Sundays are sacred—reserved for taking his mom to church and lunch. His favorite things? Soccer, Mexican cuisine, and the movie Into the Wild.

With a background as dynamic as his personality, Mishell brings authenticity, heart, and sharp instincts to the client experience—making him an indispensable part of the team.
