Lauren Kolb

Lauren has a special empathy for the homeless, whether it’s making 100 peanut butter sandwiches to hand out or donating water and supplies to shelters. She also walks every year for the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention Out of the Darkness Walk.

Lauren is an adventurer at heart with a willingness to try most anything new. She and her husband have taken a hot air balloon ride, kayaked on Canyon Lake, and hiked the red rocks of Sedona. She’s even a bit adventurous when it comes to food – she’ll eat any food with green chilies and, for that reason, Mexican food is her favorite.

But she has a more studious side, too. Lauren has an Associate’s degree in Psychology from the University of Phoenix and a year of Paralegal Studies at Phoenix College. While there, she was in the Phi Theta Kappa Honors Society and made the President’s Honor Roll three semesters in a row. She will begin work on her Bachelors of Science degree in Justice Studies at Arizona State University in the fall of 2016.

In her spare time, when she isn’t working for charity or enjoying some adventure, Lauren likes to cook and bake, always trying new recipes that she finds on Pinterest. Or you might find her laughing out loud at a Jim Carrey movie.

Around the office, people say that Lauren is proactive and driven, and she’s always interested in personal improvement and excellence.
