Kasia Kot

Kasia brings warmth, compassion, and a decade of legal experience to her role as a Paralegal with Arizona Law Group. Born in Poland and raised in Arizona, Kasia considers herself a true Arizona native, though she still makes trips back to visit extended family and is fluent in both Polish and English. She graduated Summa Cum Laude from Arizona State University, which is the kind of achievement that makes the whole family proud on both continents.

Kasia also holds an interior design certificate from Scottsdale Community College, earned while working full time. It speaks to who she is: someone who finds a way to pursue what she loves and does it with excellence. That creative eye carries into her personal life too, where she enjoys helping family and friends transform their homes into spaces that actually feel like home.

With 10 years in the legal field, Kasia brings real depth to her work in family law. She has a natural ability to connect with clients, listen without judgment, and help them navigate what is often one of the most difficult seasons of their lives. Clients consistently find her easy to work with and genuinely supportive throughout the process.

Outside of work, Kasia is happiest when she’s exploring. Lake Powell is a personal favorite, and a trip to Kauai left a lasting impression she’ll tell you about unprompted. She loves hiking, visiting national and state parks, and any activity that involves water. When she’s not outdoors, she’s enjoying a good TV series, great sushi, or her mother’s Polish cooking, the last of which, by her own admission, nothing else quite compares to.

Around the office, Kasia is known for being friendly, kind, and easy to work with. She genuinely enjoys the people she works with and the clients she serves, and it shows.
