Karla Meza
Client Coordinator
Karla is often one of the first people clients connect with at the firm, helping guide them through the intake process with clear communication and a supportive approach. She focuses on making sure clients feel comfortable, informed, and taken care of from the very beginning.
Karla is currently pursuing her degree at California State University, East Bay. She is also continuing to build her knowledge through a legal secretary course, strengthening her understanding of legal processes and client support. She has a strong background in customer service and communication, including volunteering as a Spanish translator for parents during IEP meetings and participating in local community events.
Outside of work, Karla enjoys staying active and creative. She has recently taken up mosaic art and spends time caring for and riding her horse, blending traditional Mexican riding practices from Jalisco with English riding techniques she’s beginning to explore. She also enjoys reading nonfiction, playing tennis and golf with friends, and spending time outdoors with her two Border Collies.
Karla enjoys traveling and has spent time in places like San Diego, Palo Alto, Los Altos de Jalisco, and Punta Mita. In her downtime, she likes unwinding with shows like Killing Eve, The Handmaid’s Tale, Yellowstone, and Landman, and trying her favorite food spots, including Raw Sushi Bistro, In-N-Out, and the hot bar at Whole Foods.
Around the office, Karla is known for being reliable, detail-oriented, and easy to work with. Her positive attitude and strong communication skills make her a valuable part of the team and a trusted first point of contact for clients.
