Johan Flores - Paralegal - Arizona Law Group

Johan Flores

Paralegal

Johan brings sharp attention to detail, a direct communication style, and a genuine commitment to his clients to his role as a paralegal with Arizona Law Group. Originally from Mexico, Johan earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Law from Universidad Autónoma de La Laguna and went on to complete his Master’s in Administration and Senior Management with a specialization in Business Management from Universidad Iberoamericana Torreón. His mother has made sure absolutely everyone in the family knows about that last one.

Before entering the legal field, Johan had one of the more unexpected resume entries you’ll come across. He spent summers as a staff member at sleepaway camps, living in the forest for 10 weeks at a time surrounded by hundreds of kids, minimal sleep, and camp food. It built the kind of patience and composure that translates surprisingly well to the legal world.

Outside of work, Johan has been playing soccer since he was seven years old and carried the sport all the way through college and his graduate years. These days he’s also an avid golfer and padel tennis player, and a competitive one at that, having won tournaments in both at his local country club. When he’s not on the field or the course, he’s likely rewatching Seinfeld, Mad Men, or a John Hughes classic. He has firm opinions about The Godfather and is not afraid to share them.

Johan also has a quieter side. He regularly volunteers with elderly communities and senior homes, finding it meaningful to give his time to people who appreciate the company.

Around the office, Johan is known for being straightforward and thorough. Clients can count on him to handle their matters carefully and get things right. He takes pride in making sure nothing falls through the cracks and that every client feels informed and well taken care of throughout the process.
