Jenna Colley | Paralegal

With eyes sparkling and a generous smile, paralegal Jenna Colley enthusiastically describes her greatest accomplishment – “My daughter Paisley!” Jenna puts family first and believes in helping our clients do that, too.

In 2022, Jenna brought her 15 years’ experience working in private law firms to our legal team. She has assisted attorneys through every stage of the family law case, from pre-filing investigations to post-trial appeals. Building on her knowledge of divorce and family law, Jenna has also worked in complimentary practice areas including personal injury, workers compensation, disability, and litigation. Jenna does everything in her power to gets things done for our clients. “There is no task too great or complex for me. I love a challenge!”

Jenna’s Associate Degree in Paralegal Studies was earned at Lamson College. Dedicated to her chosen field, she made the college Principal’s List the entire duration of her time in the paralegal program.

Clients and co-workers alike appreciate Jenna’s input on so many issues. Vibrant, funny, and kind, she is always willing to lend a sympathetic ear.

One thing about Jenna, she is not shy. In fact, she loves singing and acting. In her high school performance days she was voted “Most likely to be on SNL” four times! (Lucky for us, Jenna was drawn to the legal field.) Today, her favorite movie remains Good Will Hunting. As for the small screen, Jenna gives both Breaking Bad and the Schitt’s Creek series a thumbs up.

In our community, Jenna enjoys volunteering with Ronald McDonald House in Phoenix. Although there was a long pause with COVID restrictions, this Dinnertime Hero plans to jump back in with both feet when restrictions and scheduling allow. “Dinnertime Heroes prepare meals on-site,” says Jenna. “There’s lots of flexibility with the menu. It could be tacos paired with Mocktail Margaritas one night and BBQ chicken paired with lemonade another night!” she laughs.

For Jenna, being outdoors in nature is the best way to spend time off. “I love hiking, camping, star gazing, and being on the water.” Not just swimming, but “kayaking, jet-skiing, and canoeing.” Raising a toddler hasn’t stopped Jenna from doing what she loves, “it just requires a little more planning and flexibility.”

Jenna has traveled to New York City, Paris, London, and Canada’s “profoundly beautiful” Whistler, British Columbia, adding “I’m working my way north to Alaska!” That’s not all, though. Thailand and Italy are also on her bucket list.
