Sara Boucher

Sara brings a sharp legal mind, a global perspective, and an unwavering dedication to her clients as an Attorney with Arizona Law Group. Sara earned her Bachelor of Arts in Business from Arizona State University as a graduate of Barrett, The Honors College, where she completed a thesis titled “The Rising Dragon: Chinese Foreign Investment in Africa,” proof that her intellectual curiosity has never stayed inside the lines. She went on to earn her Juris Doctorate from the University of Southern California Gould School of Law, where she served on the USC Review of Law and Social Justice, completed a judicial externship with Judge G. Murray Snow in the United States District Court for the District of Arizona, and participated in an exchange program at Hong Kong University’s School of Law. She also spent years studying Mandarin Chinese, which remains one of the more impressive things to casually mention at a dinner party.

Sara’s legal background is anything but typical for a family law attorney. Her foundation in class action defense and commercial litigation gives her a strategic edge that she brings directly into family matters, often approaching cases from angles opposing counsel doesn’t see coming. That experience means her clients are represented by someone who knows how to win in and out of the courtroom. She has also represented a professional basketball player in a paternity matter, reaching a favorable settlement without ever setting foot at trial. She has been recognized as a Southwest Super Lawyers Rising Star for 2026 in commercial litigation.

Sara genuinely cares about the people she represents and works hard to make sure their goals are met every step of the way. Around the office she is known as a team player, supportive, and deeply committed to client service which is fueled in no small part by her afternoon matcha latte, which is non-negotiable.

Outside of work, Sara and her husband are avid scuba divers who have explored waters in Cuba, Mexico, Bora Bora, and Rangiroa. She plays guitar, DJs, and is currently writing a three-part fantasy and sci-fi series because apparently practicing law full time left some creative energy on the table. She is a devoted Parks and Recreation and Law and Order SVU fan, considers Molly’s Game one of the best films made, and is a Seattle Seahawks fan. She also has strong feelings about Game of Thrones Season 8, which are best left for another conversation.
